MyVitaGreens began as a small microgreens growing business in Cyprus. The business is no longer trading, and this site does not sell products or take orders.
It stays online as an independent, informational guide to microgreens.
Why it still exists
The experience of growing microgreens and running a small operation does not disappear along with the business. What came out of it in practice — the varieties, the growing times, the nutritional value and the real difficulties — remains useful to anyone interested in microgreens, whether you are cooking with them or growing them.
